> We offer our products customizable or personalized following some guidelines you can read in their descriptions. > Your product will be ready to ship to the destination address within 3-5 business days after the customization is done and it is sent for production. Read the product description for specific information. > Shipping in the EU, South/North America, Australia. Delivering time depends of the print provider Country location, which will be the nearest one to your Country home in order to make it faster and cheaper for you. Delivers could arrive their destination within 5-30 days. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you to your email address a tracking number (if that option is available with the production partner) so you can keep an eye on your package's progress. > If you email us with the correct address before your product is shipped, everything goes fine. But if your product is already shipped, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have your updated address (if and as applicable). > For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We'll send you a replacement order for you. We may ask you before the claiming process to confirm that the shipping address was correct and double-check that you got in touch with the shipping carrier/local post office to try locating the lost order. Keep in mind that If you haven't received your package even though the tracking information states the order was delivered but you think you haven't received it, unfortunately we are not responsible for stolen or missing packages and we won't take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense. > If your product arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to our JGSDesignStore support email, then we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you. > Any claims for damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. > Please read specific care instructions for your product in their description. > Please read specific information regarding size/capacity and materials used for your product in their description.
